João Ferreira, aka. JARCOS1998, June 22ndJoão Ferreira, aka. JARCOS is a brazilian multidisciplinary designer with over 14 years of experience in branding and digital design. Started in late 2011, JARCOS works as both a personal experiment and a collaborative platform, carrying João’s perspective on design: strategic narrative-driven, and uncompromising in craft. Over the years, João has collaborated with global studios such as Koto, Metalab, Konpo, Serious.Business and FutureBrand. JARCOS projects have earned international recognition, including 9× Best of Behance and over 44 features, an Awwwards Site of the Day and eight Honorable Mentions, the iF Design Award for GOL Linhas Aéreas, and the Wolda Logo Design Award for Localiza. His work has been featured in Communication Arts, World Brand Design, and Mindsparkle Mag, reinforcing a practice that adapts in scale but remains constant in its intent to cut through complexity and give brands clarity, meaning, and presence.

September 5, 2026A note for LAD Young Talents Jury
If you're reading this, you made it to the end. I built this website in 15 days as a way of looking back at almost 15 years of work, experiments, wrong turns, resets, and everything that somehow led me here. Each note like this tells a small part of that story, and comes with a soundtrack from that period. A little piece of what I was listening to while all of it was happening. I'm submitting this to LAD Fest as part of Young Talents because this felt like the right moment to put everything in one place. It’s probably the most personal thing I’ve made so far.
